Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Bymi website, operated by Solve For Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Bymi website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bymi.

1. What Bymi is

Bymi is a website that lets a food creator turn their own Instagram posts into their own restaurant guide — a map of the places they’ve featured, which the creator reviews, approves, and chooses to publish. Restaurant names, addresses, and other details are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date; verify directly with the venue before relying on them.

2. Creator accounts & connected content

By connecting an Instagram account, a creator:

• authorizes Bymi, through Instagram’s official login, to access their own Instagram profile and media for the sole purpose of building and displaying their guide;
• represents that the connected account is theirs and that they have the rights to the content used;
• controls what is shown — no spot is published until the creator approves it, and the creator can unpublish, disconnect, or delete their content at any time from the creator dashboard or by emailing info@bymi.app.

Bymi only ever accesses the connecting creator’s own content. We do not access, display, or collect content from accounts that have not authorized Bymi.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bymi to post, submit, or display content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, and not to connect an account you do not own or have the rights to. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service, or use it in any way that violates the Meta Platform Terms or Instagram’s terms. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Reporting & moderation

Anyone can report a listing or a creator’s content by emailing info@bymi.app. We review reports and may remove content and block users who violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.

5. Third-party content & trademarks

Bymi displays content and data from third parties — a creator’s own Instagram posts via Meta’s oEmbed Read API, and place data from Google Places. We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of it may be subject to those parties’ terms. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Bymi is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Bymi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solve For Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Bymi at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
