Data Deletion

You can delete your Bymi account and all associated data — including any Instagram data Bymi has stored — at any time, using any of the methods below.

Delete from your dashboard (fastest)

1. Sign in at bymi.app and open your creator dashboard.
2. Click Disconnect and confirm.

This immediately removes your stored content, unpublishes your map, and revokes Bymi’s access to your Instagram account.

Delete by email

Email info@bymi.app from the address associated with your account, or include your connected Instagram handle. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Remove Bymi from Instagram

You can also revoke access from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Bymi → Remove. Instagram notifies us, and we take down your stored content and unpublish your map automatically.

What gets deleted

• Your Bymi account and creator profile.
• Your stored Instagram access token.
• Content derived from your posts (saved captions/links and the restaurant locations we mapped for you).

Deletion requests submitted automatically through Meta receive a confirmation code and a status link you can use to verify the deletion completed.
